Once the wheels are off, the sale is done.
Why this is the rule
The second we break the bead, the tyre is legally “used”. No garage in the UK can resell it. That’s the law.
Before we touch your car
- We read the size out loud from the sidewall.
- We show you the new tyre in its wrapper.
- You say “yes” — only then do we jack it up.
The ONE thing we will fix instantly
We fitted the wrong tyre
If we mount 205s when you ordered 215s, we swap them on the spot, free, while you wait.
Manufacturing defects
Covered by the maker’s warranty (usually 5–7 years). Bring the car back — we’ll fill in the claim form, photograph the fault, and get you a free replacement from Michelin, Pirelli, Goodyear, etc. Zero hassle.
